These terms govern your use of the DEX website. Delivery services are provided by Monolit Ecom Distribution FZCO (Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA), Dubai, UAE) (the "Company"). The terms on which the delivery services themselves are provided are set out separately in the Terms of Carriage.
By using this website you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the website.
The Company may amend these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its update date. Changes take effect on publication and do not apply retroactively to shipments already accepted.
The website provides service information, an indicative delivery quote, shipment tracking by tracking number, and the ability to send an enquiry or pay for a service online.
The website is not by itself the means of concluding a contract of carriage: the contract is formed when a shipment is physically accepted at a Company warehouse or drop-off point and the corresponding documents are issued.
The calculator is informational. It is based on the weight, dimensions and recipient city you enter, and excludes customs charges, insurance and any cost that cannot be determined before the shipment is presented.
The final price is set from the actual weight and dimensions measured at intake and confirmed to you before payment. A difference between the indicative quote and the final amount is not a breach by the Company.
If you do not accept the final amount after measurement, the shipment is returned to you and no carriage charge is taken.
Shipment statuses reflect data received from the Company and its carriage and customs partners. Timeframes shown at quoting are planned, not guaranteed: they depend on flight schedules, customs procedures and the rules of the destination country.
A short gap between status updates does not mean a shipment is lost. How to raise a delay is set out in the Terms of Carriage.
Submitting the enquiry form transfers personal data. How it is processed is described in the Privacy Policy, and the scope of your consent in the Consent to Personal Data Processing document.
Please do not put anything in the form that is not needed to answer you: card numbers, passwords, or full passport details. The Company never asks for these through a website form.
The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to the Company or are used by it lawfully. Copying website material for commercial purposes without the Company’s written consent is not permitted.
You are free to cite material from this website with attribution.
The Company aims to keep the website available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from calculation errors caused by incorrectly entered data, or availability during events outside its control.
The Company’s liability for the safekeeping and delivery of shipments is governed by the Terms of Carriage, not by these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the UAE. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are heard by the courts of Dubai, where the Company is registered.
The goods being carried are additionally subject to UAE export rules and the import rules of the destination country, which apply independently of these terms.
