A separate cookie document, as major carriers publish. It is short, because there is almost nothing to report: this website collects no analytics and loads no advertising services.
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise it on the next request. Cookies may be strictly necessary, functional, analytical or advertising.
Exactly one — a strictly necessary session cookie for the internal area available to Company staff.
This cookie is never set for a website visitor — not by browsing, not by tracking a shipment, not by submitting a form.
No analytics counters, advertising pixels, embedded social widgets, or any other third-party tracking scripts. No visitor profile is built and no cross-site behaviour is tracked.
The notice at the bottom of the page tells you this on your first visit — it has no "accept / reject" choice because there is nothing to reject: the site's one cookie is strictly necessary, is never set for a visitor, and does not require consent under the law. If analytics or advertising are ever added, a banner with a real choice will be added alongside them, and such cookies will not be set before consent is given.
The "Locations" page shows pickup points in the destination country on a map. The map images (tiles) themselves are loaded directly by your browser from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation — a third-party, non-profit mapping service unaffiliated with the Company.
This is not a cookie: the map does not store anything in your browser and sets no files at all. In practice this means your IP address and browser headers are visible to OpenStreetMap’s servers while you view the map — the same as loading any image hosted on an external site. We do not send OpenStreetMap your name, phone number or any other data you enter on this site — the map only receives the coordinates of pickup points, to draw them.
The map loads only on the "Locations" page, and only while you are there — no request to OpenStreetMap happens on any other page.
This website uses browser local storage (localStorage) for one purpose: remembering that you closed the cookie notice at the bottom of the page, so it is not shown again. Key: dex_cookie_notice_dismissed. This data never leaves your browser and is not sent to any server.
The interface language (Russian or English) is determined by the page address, not by a stored value.
You can delete or block any cookie in your browser settings. This will not affect the public pages of the website — except sign-in to the internal area, which cannot work without its session cookie.
