We accept the shipment at our station in Dubai and check its contents with you.

Warehouse processing

We check, weigh, label if needed, and photograph the packaging before shipping.

Air freight

The shipment departs on the next available flight. Shipments from several clients are consolidated into one batch.

2–4 days

Customs clearance

We declare the cargo and pay the duty. The amount is known in advance — you see it before shipping.

1–3 days

Delivery

We hand the shipment to a delivery service in the destination country. Status updates through to delivery.

1–5 days

What happens when something doesn’t follow the standard scenario.

Customs requested additional documents

A manager will contact you about what’s needed — this doesn’t affect your tracking number or shipment status.

Recipient unavailable

The shipment is held at the pickup point for up to 14 days, then returned to the sender.
