Consent to personal data processing

1. What you are consenting to

What this covers depends on which form you are filling in.

• Enquiry form: name, phone number, subject and message text, along with your interface language and the date of the enquiry — to consider the enquiry and contact you about it.
• Booking a shipment (/drop-off/book): the sender’s and recipient’s name and phone number, the recipient’s delivery address, a description of the contents and the shipment’s details — to create the booking, and, once a staff member confirms intake, to pass these details to our logistics partner in the destination country to create the actual carrier waybill and provide tracking.

Without this consent the form does not submit and the booking is not created — both are blocked on the server itself, not merely hidden in the interface.

2. What we do with the data

Collect, record, store, correct, use to prepare a reply or to create and hand over a shipment, pass it to the Company employee responsible for your question or shipment — and, for a shipment, to our logistics partner in the destination country — and subsequently delete or anonymise.

3. How long this consent lasts

For an enquiry: until the correspondence is closed and a reasonable period afterwards, or until you withdraw it, whichever comes first.

For a shipment: for the whole period it is processed, delivered, and any claim about it is handled, and for the period mandatory customs and accounting record retention requires by law.

4. How to withdraw consent

Email logistics@monolit.ae marked "Withdrawal of consent" and include the phone number you left in the form, or your booking reference, so we can find the enquiry or shipment. We will stop processing and delete the data unless we are legally required to retain it.

Withdrawing consent does not affect data needed to perform the contract of carriage for a shipment already accepted, and cannot recall information already passed to our logistics partner or to customs authorities: that data is processed on a different basis — performance of a contract and legal obligation, not consent.

5. Recording your consent

When you submit the form, the Company records that consent was given, the date and time, and the version number of this document — so it is always possible to establish exactly which text you agreed to. Later changes to this document do not alter the scope of consent already given.
