DROP-OFF POINT
A drop-off point in Dubai. You fill everything in beforehand, choose a day and a time window, pay now or at the counter — then arrive with a QR code. At the counter your shipment is checked on camera and goes straight into processing.
The exact address is confirmed when you book — we send it with your QR code, or give it to you by phone or WhatsApp.
Five steps before you travel. It takes a few minutes and removes all the paperwork from the counter.
Type — documents, parcel or cargo. What exactly is inside, the weight and the declared value. Where it goes and to whom.
A 30-day calendar and four windows: 09:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00, 15:00–18:00, 18:00–21:00.
Two confirmations: the terms of carriage, and that the contents are not on the prohibited list and that their description and value are accurate.
By card online when you book, or by cash or card at the counter when you hand the shipment over.
Once booked, a booking page opens with a QR code and your booking reference. Save it, screenshot it, or just show it from your phone.
You arrive with the shipment and your QR code. Then: the contents check on camera, the weigh-in, and handover into processing.
Bring the shipment and your QR code. Nothing needs printing — your phone screen is enough.
Staff scan the code and see your booking: what was declared, what it costs, and whether it is paid.
Your shipment is placed in the intake area under video surveillance. The contents are opened and checked against what you declared when booking.
The shipment is weighed and measured, and repacked if needed — that is a separate service.
Pay the final amount at the counter. If you paid online, a top-up only arises if the weight differs.
You receive the shipment’s tracking number. From that point the status is visible on the website — from intake to delivery.
Before you travel, check your contents against theprohibited and restricted items list— it saves being turned away at the counter.
